This mission has become more important following the development of technical and commercial legislation in importing countries. It consists mainly in leading specialized sectoral coordination committees that bring together producers-exporters and institutional in the sector.
These specialized sectoral committees are created by the Board of Directors in order to facilitate consultation between operators, to consolidate the Moroccan offer and to increase the competitiveness and quality of products.
The composition and operating procedures of the specialized sectoral committees are determined by the Board of Directors. The committee, chaired by Morocco Foodex, is composed of public and private partners and is often assisted by individuals or legal entities known for their competence or experience and/or expertise in the relevant fields.
